First Capital Bank Zimbabwe is a regional Consumer, Corporate & Investment Bank offering products and services across personal, corporate & investment banking, credit cards and wealth management, with a strong presence in the SADC region. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be expected to provide counter service, local currency and basic international transactions to customers and other members of the public and administration support within the outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cross-selling of bank products and services
· Provide quality information to the customers on bank products.
· Processing withdrawals, and deposit taking.
· Purchase and sale of foreign currencies
· Answer general customer enquiries
· Balance cash in own till and ensure closure within 15 minutes of branch closure time.
· Receive and process Inter account transfers, RTGS and T/Ts
· Be punctual and treat customers fairly.
Requirements:
· Business related university degree (2.1 or better). A degree in Banking and Finance would be an added advantage
· Minimum of 5 “O” Levels passes (Maths and English included)
· Minimum of 3 “A” Levels passes
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
· Experience of working in a branch environment would be an added advantage.
· Experience of working in a customer facing environment would be an added advantage.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
· Accurate and precise attention to detail
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Recent graduates are recommended to apply
