Job Description

The incumbent will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for the following among other duties: -
 Carry out research on competitor activities and industry trends, and submit recommendations to senior management.
 Conduct customer care training in liaison with the Human Resources Department.
 Carry out quality of service checks in our Nightclubs e.g. mystery shopping
 Attend to customer complaints in an efficient and effective manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for the following among other duties: -
- Carry out research on competitor activities and industry trends, and submit recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct customer care training in liaison with the Human Resources Division.
- Carry out quality of service checks in Post Offices e.g. mystery shopping
- Attend to customer complaints in an efficient and effective manner.
- Answer face to face customer inquiries
- Create and maintain reports on customer interactions
- Update customer records in our system including notes about conversations and outcomes
- Present ideas for improving customer care and customer experience
- Develop customer rapport

Qualifications and Experience

- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Commerce, Media Studies or equivalent.
- Professional Qualifications in Marketing and Sales, or Public Relations e.g. IMM or any other relevant Marketing qualification will be an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable working in a nightclub environment at night
- A clean class 4 driver’s license will be an added advantage.
