Job Description

An well-established organization in the FMCG industry is looking to hire a Creditors Clerk with 4yrs working experience in a retail environment. The incumbent will be responsible for creditor reconciliations, Updating creditor payments schedules. Maintenance of supplier relationships through attending to and resolving queries. Assisting in weekly cash flow, preparing weekly creditor’s ageing and tax certificates. Supervising stocktakes at branches, reconciling intercompany transactions. Processing price changes. GL recon. Creditor Reconciliations, Updating Creditor Payments schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities

Monthly VAT returns and journals, Assisting ZIMRA Audits, processing rebates and early settlement discount processing. Maintenance of supplier relationships through attending to and resolving queries. Must have strong knowledge of Excel and available to immediately.

Qualifications and Experience

A degree in accounting on any other relevant degree is required.
