Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced, self-motivated and task oriented individuals to fill the following position that has arisen within the Finance Department

Duties and Responsibilities


KEY RESULT AREAS The incumbent will be reporting to the Assistant Accountant and will be responsible for the following: • Debt collection • Credit control Revenue collection Reviewing of credit control policy Supervision of staff Compilation of monthly report

Qualifications and Experience

The Person Specification
• A diploma in Credit Control/ degree from a recognized institution in Accounting or equivalent Experience in the field of Credit Control is an added advantage Membership to a relevant professional body is an added advantage
• Exposure to local authorities accounting systems will be an added advantage
A clean class four drivers licence is an added advantage

Core Competencies:
• Ability to communicate effectively Ability to work effectively, both independently and within a team Ability to handle pressure and work with minimum supervision
