Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Managing & collecting debts from the company debtors
• Evaluating new credit requests & conducting credit checks
• Setting up the terms of credit for new clients
• Matching receipts to their respective accounts
• Debtors’ reconciliation
• Preparation of debtors reports for management.
• Attending to customer queries & providing them with all billing documents
• Visiting clients and attending to their queries.
• Assists in the review of hotels reports and credit control queries.
• Sending out monthly statements of account to all customers
• Supervision of staff

Qualifications and Experience
• Degree or Diploma in Finance or a related field
• At least 3 years of proven working experience in Credit Control
