Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the position of costing clerk.

Duties and Responsibilities

Liaise with Procurement and retail departments to match invoices with Goods Received Notes.
Verify lists of all invoices, payments, and Goods Received Notes for the contract to finalize the account.
Finalize costs in preparation for final accounts, including recoding to align with cost capture.
File cost information and tickets etc. as required.
Deal with general cost administration queries.

Qualifications and Experience

3 years plus of experience
Education Level -Diploma Level (minimum qualifications)
Qualifications-Accounting qualification eg. CIS/ACCA
Software- knowledge of sage evolution will be an added advantage.
Equipment

Ability To Self-motivate.
Other Requirements: Individual Should Be A Team Player with Good Communication Skills
