Job Description
The Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) Is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions that have arisen within the Organization.
1. Corporate Communications Officer
DEPARTMENT: CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
o Develop and manage the Authority's social and digital media platforms
o Develop story ideas and translate into video clips, info-graphics, pictures and articles
o Conceptualize and produce audience specific content for appropriate platforms
o Research and develop strategies to attract and retain traffic to the Authority's digital and social media platforms
o Propose contemporary ways of enhancing PRAZ's image and reputation in the public domain
o Coordinate and manage corporate events, exhibitions, at different strategic forums
o Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal
and external corporate communications strategies
o Assist in drafting speeches, talking points and presentations for corporate events
o Any other duties as allocated by the Corporate Communications Manager
Qualifications and Experience
KEY SKILLS
o Ability to develop brand awareness and online reputation
o Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
o Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
o Initiative and creativity
o Excellent IT skills
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
o Possess a Degree in Journalism/Communications/Media Studies
o Digital Marketing appreciation is a must o At least 3 years working experience
o Proficiency in video shooting and graphic design software
o Eye for detail
o Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
