ZIMCARE TRUST is a Private Voluntary Organization (P.V.O) 57/82 with a non-profit making agenda which provides specialized education and cares for persons with intellectual challenges. Age groups that the organization caters for range between 6 and 17 years as well as young adults from 18years and above in which the former are taught basic literacy while the latter are trained on life skills. The organization has 14 schools/ centers nationwide namely in Bulawayo, Midlands, Harare, Chitungwiza, Masvingo, Manicaland and Mashonaland West
The organization seeks to engage cooks on a voluntary basis for Ratidzo Special school in Masvingo province. The main duties for the advertised vacant post are as follows:

Main duties
• To prepare meals or assist senior cook in this respect if there is one;
• To make out requisitions for foodstuffs and other material from the stock’s controller;
• To practice high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the entire canteen;
• To supervise and control subordinates in the canteen and dining room;
• To ensure that kitchen utensils are kept clean;
• To keep a proper record of all utensils and assets in the canteen and dining room;
• To carry out and other related duties that may be assigned to you by the Head from time to time
