Job Description

Preparing food for workers

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage food costing and inventory
Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulation
Ensuring food quality and taste is of the highest standard
Taking Canteen order numbers from supervisors every morning and cooking according to the orders given
Maintaining a Canteen inventory register and minimizing wastage
Adhering to the agreed menus
Adhere to safety health environment and quality systems

Qualifications and Experience

vast experience in preparing meals for a large number of people
a certificate is an added advantage
clean mature gentleman
drivers license
