Job Description

Applications are invited for the CONTAINER ADMINISTRATOR vacancy that has
arisen within Baker’s Inn Sales & Distribution – Northern Region, Harare.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be required to take full charge of all key responsibilities that include
but are not limited to the following:
• Maintaining Container registry and managing project journal in SAGE.
• Preparing rebate and rental schedules.
• Filling of container contracts and support documents.
• Interacting with customers and communicating changes and updates.
• Sending out statements.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be in possession of the following minimum qualifications: -
• Degree in Accounting, Business Management or related qualifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Accounting software packages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong administrative skills.
• At least 2 years’ experience.
