COMPLIANCE MONITORING & EVALUATION INTERNS (B1) X 6
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the above positions based at Corporate Centre, Central Region, Northwest Matabeleland Region, Eastern Highlands Region, Matopo Region and Sebungwe Region. The incumbents will report to the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer.
Duties (Responsibilities)
Assists in the development and strengthening of monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures,
Assists in monitoring of all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving project outputs,
Assists in monitoring and evaluation overall progress on achievement of results,
Drafting monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress reports on all project activities to the Manager,
Participates in planning workshops and assisting the manager in preparing relevant reports,
Assists in coordinating across the available components of the Authority to ensure effective implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation,
Assists in preparing other relevant reports,
Assists in organising and conducting training on Monitoring and Evaluation,
Assists in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations and maintaining the monitoring and evaluation database,
Undertakes any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required
A relevant degree to Monitoring and Evaluation,
A Monitoring and Evaluation qualification is an added advantage,
Excellent Communication and Writing skills,
Good analytical skills,
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages and other statistical packages like SPSS and Stata etc.
