Job Description

Responsible for the efficient administration of a company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Keeping company records
• Take minutes in meetings , compile and send to executive management,
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Advice directors on outstanding issues that need solution.
• Attend to company emails including info and check response.
• Publish information on new decisions taken by directors and to all employees.
• Ensuring smooth flow of communication within the company.
• Ensuring the security of the company’s documents is in place.
• Arranging meetings of the directors and Management.
• Renewal of licenses and all compliance documents.
• E-filing of annual returns.
• Kingdom Blue Funerals juristic representative – (compliance) is under writer.
• Travel arrangements and bookings.
• Send reminders to managers on outstanding issues.

Qualifications and Experience

A degree in Administration or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years experience in the similar position
