Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experience, and drive business growth.
- Supervising and leading staff, ensuring they deliver outstanding service and adhere to all operational procedures.
- Receiving and inspect stock deliveries, verifying accuracy and quality.
- Handling customer complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to find quick and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prioritizing the upkeep and maintenance of all equipment, promptly attending to repairs or replacements as required.
- Maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area and restrooms throughout the day, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers.
- Supervising workmen, contractors, and cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Qualifications and Experience
Ideal candidate is a person with a demonstrated capacity to learn and adapt to change, is hard-working and diligent, and have a natural inclination towards performance. Excellent communication skills (oral and written), and basic computer literacy are also a must-have.
