We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to join our team! As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision of the overall business strategy and success. Your role will be crucial to the success of our clinic, as you will be giving all the strategic directions to the team as the whole Organization. We want our Clinic Manager to be a motivator and a great leader. We also need you to be able to see the big picture and think out of the box.

Duties and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities - Key Result Areas
Give strategic direction and leadership to the clinic's operations including developing high-quality business strategies and business plans.
Oversee all operations and business activities and oversight for the operations' budget and capital budgets.
• Review financial and non-financial reports and statistics
• To make sure the facility runs smoothly for t he healthcare professionals and clients.
• To manage, engage and market the clinic to all key stakeholders including industry associations and players like hearth funders, doctors' forums, health industry groups, service providers and the public in general.
• Lead and motivate subordinates, encourage staff engagement and train a high performing
management tea mand setting goals for staff and evaluating performance for all positions
• Ensuring that the clinic operates within the guidelines of all national, professional and by¬laws including the HPA, MDPCZ etc.
• Keeping abreast of all relevant health industry trends.
• Ensure that the clinic's equipment uptime is according to set levels
• Ensure the clinic facilities have pleasant and convenient, relaxing sifting areas where the patients and families can spend time
Qualifications and Experience
Qualification and Experience
• A business-related degree and or qualification in health care administration,
• A minimum of 10 years of management experience at a senior level preferably in the health sector
• Familiar with various business functions such as marketing, finance, HR etc.
• A strategist, innovator and highly motivated
