Job Description

A suitable candidate who have worked at a medical aid fund organization is needed to these duties and others to be assigned to; attending to clients enquiries and queries, membership recording and management.

Duties and Responsibilities

- customer service with good skills
- to act as the company's gate keeper
- handing inquiries, queries and complains from clients
- be able to use and operate Health Management systems
- excellent communication and telecommunication skills are required
- candidate has to possess thorough knowledge of the medical aid industry

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related commercial field
At least 2 years experience in administration role at a medical aid fund
