Job Description
Under the direction of the Workshop Foreman, the Artisan shall be responsible for, carrying out routine, preventative and scheduled/planned maintenance activities, conduct disassembling and assembling of tractors, combine harvesters, Graders and Front end loaders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Carry out routine, preventative and planned maintenance for tractors, combine harvesters, front end loaders and graders for clients as ordered.
Attend to all Client Tractor/Combine/graders/front-end loaders Harvester breakdowns immediately as and when they call. .
Perform all repairs, rebuilds, or overhauls on Client Tractors and Combine/Harvesters/Graders/Front end Loaders
Qualifications and Experience
Apprentice Trained Journeyman Class 1 Diesel Mechanic with 5 years’ experience working with Tractors, Graders, Front end loaders and combine harvesters.
• Ability to read and interpret user manuals correctly,
• A team player with good communication skills,
• Highly knowledgeable in today’s automotive technology to include, computer systems, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, steering systems, & drive trains for heavy construction,
