Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following posts that have arisen in the University:
WORKS AND ESTATES DEPARTMENT
Class One Builder (1 Post)
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
Construction work: brick and block laying, plastering and tiling
Building renovations
Maintenance of buildings
Any related duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have at least 5 Ordinary Level passes including English Language and
Mathematics at Grade C or better and a Journeyman Class One (1) Certificate in Brick and Block
Laying and/or a Diploma in Brick and Block Laying. Applicants should have at least five years’
experience in the area of building.
