Job Description
Administer construction of new upmarket housing projects and renovations of existing building infrastructure
Duties and Responsibilities
o Formulate and Administer engineering contracts with architects and consulting engineers/contractors
o Administer construction of new projects and extensions and renovation of existing building infrastructure
o Undertake construction audits on quality and project timelines
o Implement plans, formulate and control capital budgets with efficient resource management
o Undertake civil, structural and geotechnical designs
o Work with relevant statutory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory regulations
Qualifications and Experience
• Must be a holder of a Civil Engineering Degree
• Proven experience in construction of steel structures, upmarket commercial and residential housing units
• Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Auto-CAD
• 5 years post qualification experience in civil and building works
