Our client in the Education/IT Industry is looking for a CEO to join their team.
An enthusiastic and dedicated individual is sought after to define the course of the business through making strategic decisions and overseeing overall company operations and, managing and allocating resources to ensure the achievement of short and long term goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Represent the company and communicate on its behalf to all stakeholders ensuring positive goodwill and social responsibility
2. Developing short and long term objectives as well as formulating high-quality business strategies and plans to ensure achievement of the company's set goals.
3. Formulating and overseeing operations and business activities to ensure consistent delivery of desired results and alignment to the company's overall strategy and mission
4. Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics
5. Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
6. Assessing risks, analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
Qualifications and Experience

The main goal is to ensure company growth taking into consideration value delivery and valuing employees that make that possible.
Requirements include:
Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision
Performance Management Principles
Familiarity with diverse business functions i.e Marketing, Public Relations, Finance etc
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Ability to inspire confidence and create trust
Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate
Qualifications:
A Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Finance & an MBA from an accredited University.
