Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates, to fill the following vacant posts that have arisen within ZESA Holdings, at the Bulawayo Training Centre and the National Training Centre in Harare.

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
• Planning of menus.
• Preparing meals for students and staff.
• Keeping stock of kitchen inventory and placing orders/requisitions and supplies timeously.
• Investigating and attending to customer queries/-complaints.
• Supervising subordinates in the kitchen.
• Monitoring sanitation practices to ensure adherence to health standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Experience
• Skilled worker class/diploma in Culinary Arts.
• Valid medical certificate.
• 4 years' relevant experience.
