Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation and Presentation
Prepare dishes with precision, ensuring quality and aesthetic appeal.
Oversee and maintain consistency in the presentation and taste of meals.
Kitchen Management
Lead and train kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and high performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.
Inventory and Cost Control
Manage inventory and place orders for kitchen supplies.
Monitor food costs, minimize waste, and operate within budget.
Innovation and Creativity
Introduce new culinary concepts and experiment with modern techniques.
Adapt international cuisines to local tastes while maintaining authenticity.
Customer Interaction
Engage with customers to understand their preferences and gather feedback.
Collaborate with marketing teams for food-related promotions or events.
Proven experience as a Chef,.
Formal culinary education or equivalent professional experience an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of various cuisines, food handling techniques, and plating styles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a high-pressure environment.
