Inventory management
Taste food before serving in order to determine if they have been sufficiently cooked.
Managing and training other cooks during food assembly processes.
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
Supervise the regular cleaning and disinfecting of work equipment like fryers and various kitchen surfaces.
Relevant qualification
Relevant and traceable work experience in the industry.
Strong communications, task management and customer service skills.
Ability to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays
