Job Description
We are looking for a chef to join our team and prepare delicious for our customers ,proven work experience as a chef, hands on with various kitchen equipment,, advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques,familiarity with sanitation regulations,
Duties and Responsibilities
(a) set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment.
(b) study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
(c) cook food in a timely manner.
(d) able to delegate.
(e) be familiar with sanitation regulations.
(f) inform waiting staff about daily specials.
(g) make sure your plate appeals presentably.
(h) supervise cooks and assists as needed.
(i) modifies recipes to meet customer's needs.
(j) monitor food stock and place orders.
(k) check freshness of food and discard out of date items .
Qualifications and Experience
the person must be a holder of degree or diploma in hotel and tourism .
