Job Description

A new food outlet in Harare is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced chef. We want someone who is creative and passionate about food and cooking, to help us create innovative dishes.

Duties and Responsibilities

Applicant must have previous experience:
1.Managing a busy kitchen.
2.Leading and training a culinary team.
3.Creating menus, daily specials and food pricing.
4.Ordering stock and managing inventory.
5.Maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene in a kitchen.
6. Ensuring that all dishes are well cooked and plated.

Qualifications and Experience

1.Diploma/ certificate in culinary arts, catering, cooking or equivalent.
2.Minimum 3 years experience in a kitchen environment.
3.Experience in Catering or in a fast food outlet is an added advantage.
