Job Description
EcoCash Holdings is looking for a vibrant Channel Partnership Manager-Brokers to join its Econet Insurance team. The main purpose of the position is to champion intermediaries and brokers relationship management and grow the Econet Insurance book.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Develops and maintains insurance intermediaries and broker partnerships.
Recommends actions plans and initiatives to generate more business from brokers and agents.
Establishes key broker trends and business intelligence. Develops and monitors broker engagement budget.
Reviews daily, weekly & monthly broker performance reports and recommends interventions to ensure achievement of budgeted revenues.
Develops the Business Case in liaison with the product development officer, Business analyst and other stakeholders
Supervises the development of Business Requirements Document (Business Rules) done by the technical and business analysts
Training new brokers and agents
Reviews and consolidates products technical performance reports and makes necessary recommendations
Develops and updates broker Business Development strategy for Econet Insurance. Provides input into Moovah
Brand visibility and influences growth of brand equity through marketing

Qualifications and Experience

Required skills
• A relevant professional qualification is an added advantage.
• Degree in Insurance, Business Management or equivalent.
• Self-driven “executor” who moves with the speed to capture opportunities and close projects
• Three (3) or more years of related working experience in the short-term insurance sector, preferably in areas of business development
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
