CCTV Technician
Duties and Responsibilities
Install cable pathway systems (conduit, cable trays, cable racks, J-hooks or D-rings).
Install, terminate, test, label and document horizontal, backbone and other cables.
Troubleshoot networks and low voltage and assist in performing preventative maintenance and repair for cameras and supporting equipment.
Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing systems and/or equipment for legacy video system
Qualifications and Experience
REQUIRMENTS
Candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in CCTV and access control Installation
Candidate should have knowledge of the top 3 CCTV brands
HIKVISON
DAHUA
Samsang
Matrix
Candidate should have knowledge of biometric devices and time and attendance devices e.g
ZKT Eco
Matrix
Supreme
Knowledge in procedure used for installing and maintaining security systems and equipment
Manufacturer’s practical training in security system
Should have installed various CCTV camera types both Analog & Digital IP systems.
