Job Description
Sunstay Investments Pvt Ltd is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals willing to join and learn from a dynamic and vibrant team.
Skills to be acquired after trainee ship program: Till operating skills, mathematics skills, punctuality, accuracy, knowledge of the security features of original money, efficiency and customer care skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Charge items and ensure pricing is correct.
• Take customer’s orders.
• Dispense correct change.
• Take money in form of cash or credit cards.
• Issue receipts.
• Count stock before and after shifts to ensure that amounts are correct.
• Resolve amount discrepancies.
• Clean checkout area.
• Process returns and checking if items are not damaged.
• Attend to customer’s needs and grievances.
• Assist the manager/ supervisor to prepare stock sheet and cashing up and any other duties assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must be willing to work in a bar, wholesale or restaurant setup.
Qualification: At least 5 ordinary level subjects including English and mathematics or accounts.
