BURSAR’S DEPARTMENT – FARM UNITS
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receipting manually or electronically Farm income.
Attending to customer queries.
Operating Pos Machines and other electronics.
Cashing up daily collections and signing the cash register.
Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and provision of receipts to all customers.
Guarding against receiving counterfeits (fake notes) from customers.
Preparation of cash breakdown on the daily basis
Posting of all manual receipts.
Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor;
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree / Higher National Diploma in Accounting / Banking and Finance or Business management
At least one year of relevant post qualification working experience.
NB Candidates should be prepared to reside at the University Gwenoro farm
