Purpose of the job
Responsible for card partnerships (Visa, MasterCard and Zimswitch) and secure new business opportunities with the partner in line with BancABC objectives, serve as the main point of contact between BancABC and partners on a daily basis. Tracks and monitors revenue, acquisition, usage, retention and related objectives across Card Payments channels to meet the budget

Duties and Responsibilities

Main Focus Areas
Business Case Formulation
• Research papers presented to specified business teams Stakeholder satisfaction with the quality of output on research papers
• Depth of research done on digital banking trends
• Assist payments and digital financial services leadership with latest trends in payments and financial services or changes in technology that will impact financial services
• Continuous review of existing products to remain competitive in the market
• Regular engagement with branch and head office unit staff to create awareness of digital banking products Product Testing & Governance Processes
• Timely presentation of competitor analysis to aid payments strategy formulation
• Establish and manage product introduction cycle – user testing, process mapping, advertising materials, campaigns Contribute towards promoting a digital banking culture within the organization
• Maintain all product governance papers
Quality of write up on process reviews
• Co-ordinate teams to establish new digital / automated processes
• Reviews Traditional banking processes for automation
Stakeholder relationship management
• Build strong relationships across the business

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Work Experience
• Business Degree
• Experience in same or similar role involving Digital Banking, Business Development, Research, Business Innovation Technical Prerequisites:
• Knowledge of new product governance, control and risk management
• Knowledge of the full MS Office suite and MS Projects
• Ability to understand Technical Architecture of all existing and proposed solutions for digital banking
• Define SIT, UAT, POST Implementation conditions.
• Develops accurate and complete test plans.
• Leads testing efforts. o Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
• Works with channel owners to identify required changes. Communicates needed changes to development team.
• Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions.
Job Related Knowledge
