Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepares the meals for staff.
• Ensures that meals are properly and timeously served to staff.
• Estimates expected food consumption per day/ week.
• Serving meals.
• Cleaning canteen utensils.
• Canteen housekeeping.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience:
• Certificate/ Diploma in Hotel and Catering or equivalent.
• Health certificate
• At least 1 year work experience in a similar position.

• Works well under pressure
• Ability to accurately follow instructions.
• Able to work with people of diverse cultures.
• Great taste buds.
• Physically fit.
