CANTEEN CHEF
We are inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Canteen Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve daily meals in line with approved menus
• Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage food stock, storage and rotation
• Control food costs and minimize wastage
• Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a chef or cook
• Relevant Qualification in Cooking / Culinary Arts
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
