7.1.3 Campus Life Director (1 Post)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing, planning and implementing on and off campus events and programmes;
• Managing comprehensive community service programmes in line with the mission of the University;
• Assisting students with day to day non-academic activities necessary to facilitate adjustments into campus life;
• Assisting students with management of personal and academic problems;
• Enforcing all students policies and regulations as enacted by the University authorities;
• Assisting in planning, implementing and managing orientation programmes;
• Responsible for the general management of the Campus; and
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Applicants must have a Masters degree in Humanities or Social Sciences, and at least five (5) years student affairs/student services/campus life experience of which three (3) should be in managerial grades. In addition, applicants should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
