Department.

Head of Customer Value Management
The successful candidate will be required to effectively and efficiently carry out the following among other key duties:
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for setting up, execute, monitor and report all campaigns as per approved canvas across the entire subscriber lifecycle.
• Ensuring that the tools including all new enablers and data are available to deploy campaigns on time and with high quality standard
• Providing sizing of opportunities and make visible any potential considerations or threats to successful execution as well as commercial success.
• Campaign Management
- Support the CVM leads in planning, conceptualization and preparation of campaign specifications
- Design, configure, test and launch approved campaigns with prior technical impact assessment
- Monitor and report the performance of each campaign to ensure it operates as specified
- Ensure the campaign-to-market process is managed to a high standard and within SLA

• Support
- Provide support to the CVM leads by taking on any tasks that may be assigned and in relation to this role
- Provide technical support to any change request, integration or project involving campaign platforms or communication channels
- Be involved in product UAT
Qualifications and Experience
Related Bachelor degree in any of the following subjects: Business, Economics, Computer Science, Sales or Marketing
An Excel and PowerPoint advanced user Subscriber Base Management exposure
Possessing Customer Intelligence and Forecast / Demand Strategies skills
Campaign and project management
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
A very good communicator
• Able to prepare business reports with good analysis
