Job Description

Centre for Natural Resource Governance (CNRG) is a research and advocacy civil society organisation whose mandate is to promote good governance of natural resources, particularly minerals. CNRG advocates that natural resources should be extracted in a transparent, accountable, community inclusive and bio- sustainable manner. Since its inception in 2012, CNRG holds an impeccable record of tackling difficult issues such as demanding revenue transparency, investigating human rights violations the extractive sector and building the capacity of resource rich communities to speak for themselves. CNRG is a leading campaigner for free, prior, informed and continuous consent of communities regarding natural resource extraction.

Qualifications and Experience

Interested suppliers to submit the following Mandatory Documents:
1. Company profile (indicating the physical address, telephone numbers & valid corporate e-mail address),
2. Certified copies of Certificate of Incorporation, CR6 and CR14
3. Current and Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
4. VAT registration certificate (if you are VAT registered)
5. Clear banking details
6. Clearly defined payment terms
7. At least three (3) trade references with full contact details
8. For IT Services, submit proof of any accreditations either as support centres or solution providers for companies such as Microsoft, HP, Dell, Cisco, APC etc.
