Job Description
CALL FOR REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS/ SERVICE PROVIDERS TENDER/
CATEGORY NO. REPSSI ZIM.2024-2026
The REPSSI Zimbabwe invites sealed applications from eligible candidates for purposes of
prequalifying suppliers for goods, works and services for the period 2024-2026 under the
following categories.
Duties and Responsibilities
CATEGORY A: Pre-qualification for Supply and Delivery of Goods
Supply of general office stationery and supplies
Supply of office furniture, chairs, office desks, Cabinets and shelves.
Supply of laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Mobile phones, Printers, Projectors, Photocopiers, UPS and consumables/associated supplies. (Preferable brand HP, Lenovo, Dell and Toshiba authorised dealer and support centre)
Supply and maintenance of computer software, hardware and licenses.
Supply and maintenance of telephone/ telecommunication equipment. (Cell Phones, headsets and accessories)
Supply of motor vehicles and motor bikes
Supply of motor vehicle tyres, tubes, batteries, spare parts and other motor vehicle accessories.
Supply Cameras, public address systems, Televisions, Video, DVDs and LCDs
Design and printing of office stationery, Identity Cards, Business cards and program reports.
Design, printing and supply of branded promotional materials (Brochures, Banners, Fliers, T-Shirts, Caps, bags, Corporate wear etc)
Supply, Installation and maintenance of services, Network Equipment and Structured Cabling (LAN, WAN etc) and website designing.
Supply, Installation, Authorizing and maintenance of access control system, CCTVs and alarm systems.
Supply of Bottled Mineral water in 20 Itr bottles
Repairs and maintenance of general office equipment. E.g. Laptops, computers, printers, photocopiers etc
Supply, Installation, Authorising and maintenance of fire extinguishers fire suppression system, smoke detectors, fire blankets including training first aid kits and accessories.
B. Provision of Services/ Works
Repair and maintenance of motor vehicles/ motor cycles and generators
Repair and maintenance of office furniture and fittings.

Provision of car hire and Taxi Services
Provision of Hotel services (Accommodation, Conference/ workshops and out-side Catering Services)
Provision of office maintenance in terms of partitioning and renovation plus general cleaning services.
Provision of Installation and maintenance of internet services (ISP)
Provision of insurance services
A. Office assets-furniture & fittings, equipment, motor vehicles.
B. Medical
Insurance.
C. Provident fund.
D. Group personal insurance.
Provision of Security services

Qualifications and Experience
PRE-QUALIFICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. 1 Introduction
REPSSI Zimbabwe would like to invite interested suppliers/ service providers who must qualify
by meeting the set criteria below as provided to be included in the supplier’s database and be
considered for the supply of goods and services to the organisation for a period of (3) three years
2024-2026. Pre-qualification process is not a guarantee for business; rather it is a process that
ensures companies that are prequalified become eligible to be called upon to provide quotations for
the provision of goods and services, when such services of goods are required by the organisation.
1.2 Invitation of Pre-qualification
Registered suppliers in respective merchandise or services are invited to submit their Pre-
qualification documents to REPSSI Zimbabwe procurement committee, so that they may be pre-
qualified for submission of quotations. The prospective suppliers must have a valid tax clearance
certificate , have a TIN number and also should be PRAZ registered.
1.3 Experience
Prospective suppliers must have carried out successful supply and delivery of similar items/ services
to NGOs/ UN agencies/ Government Corporation/ Institutions of similar size and complexity. (i.e.
should have trade references)
