Job Description
A local law based organisation is inviting interested bidders to submit their bids for the End of project evaluation for its five(5) year project which cameto an end on the 3rd of October 2022.

Qualifications and Experience
Eligible Consultant/s must have the following qualifications and competences:
• Legal or Organisational Development and Monitoring and Evaluation qualifications with proven experience in evaluating law-based projects.
• Practical knowledge and experience in the following area/s: human rights, access to justice, working with the justice delivery institutions, legal practitioners, electoral related interventions;
• Previous experience in working with and capacity to carry out interviews with high-level officials in the justice sector institutions;
• Previous experience in working with the rights based NonGovernmental Organizations (NGOs) on access to justice.
Previous work/assessments of pro-deo interventions.
• Previous experience in managing or evaluating medium term to long term international donor projects will be an added advantage;
