To manage the entire operation in call centre by providing support to all agents and ensure productivity, compliance, and good service delivery.
• Manage the time sheet and allocate breaks and off days accordingly
• Manage and exceed agreed revenue forecast by meeting all set targets
• Ensure the telesales team performance standards are exceeded through weekly coaching and motivation
• Ensure commissions is correctly stipulated and submitted timeously
• Ensure the team is adequately supported and trained to the appropriate skill level aligned to Kingdom Blue products
• Generate quality leads for the team
• Liaise with the IT team and make sure all computers are well functional
• Manage staff performance
• Manage all scripts and provide good pitching strategies and coaching
• Employee development in form of weekly meetings
• Maintain and improve the service delivery level
• Crisis management: constantly deal with escalations and resolve issues raised by the team.
• Adhere to and enforce internal policies
A degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years experience in the similar position
