An outbound call centre is looking for energetic, self-driven and results oriented individuals to be part of their winning team. The individuals will be responsible for closing sales over the phone in order to achieve sales targets.
Ideal candidates must have good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, a flair for sales & customer service.
1. Sell our products to clients over the phone by giving out required information to potential clients and answering their questions.
2. Resolve any customer queries resulting from sales.
3. After sales follow up to clients.
4. Maintain client database through customer relationship management.
Minimum of 5 O' Level passes up to commercial degree level. Marketing and Insurance are an advantage.
Sales and Customer care experience will also be an added advantage.
