Job Description
EcoCash Holdings is looking for a versatile and dynamic Business Intelligence Manager to join its Technical Team. You will be responsible for collecting and analysing data to identify trends and patterns that inform future business decisions. Moreover, you will be responsible for complex data modelling, designing data analysis methodologies and compiling reports to present to senior management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
Prepare architecture for data, prepare strategies and provide business object solutions as per requirements.
Coordinates work on the organizations ecosystem (done by internal staff, vendors and other departments)Prepares Service Level Agreements (SLA) with stakeholders
Establish intuitive reporting methodologies, perform ad-hoc market analysis as required to support strategy and analyze performance
Coordinate with product developments teams across all business pillars and ensure compliance to all enterprise data model according to data standards.
Review problems affecting the applications and act as second line level support for user queries.
Monitor work of Business Intelligence team and ensure effective implementation of all Information Technology projects to achieve all business objectives.
Provide liaison to internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to reporting, analytics and Business Intelligence
Monitor the implementation of Roles and Responsibilities on all systems and ensures best practices and policies are followed.
Manage all data for transactional sources and prepare effective reports.
