The position exists to assist in the Business Infrastructure Department in carrying out daily tasks.
• Assisting with day-to-day property management tasks
• Learning about property maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• Gaining experience with lease agreements, rent collection, and tenant collection.
• Participating in property inspections and surveys
• Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
• Studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Development, or Spatial Planning
• A third-year student from a reputable university with a strong academic record and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
