Location: Eastlea, Harare
Sutherland Pastures, a growing fresh produce supplier, is looking for a results-driven Male
Business Development Officer aged 28 years and above to join our team to start on the 1st of
April 2026
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Market and sell fresh produce to restaurants, supermarkets, lodges, and other businesses
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback
• Conduct regular client visits and follow ups
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements:
• Strictly male candidate 28 years and above
• Proven experience in sales or marketing (experience in food or fresh produce industry is an
advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Ability to work independently and of sober habits
• Valid driver’s license is a requirement
