BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER – HEALTHGUARD

JOB SUMMARY

Healthguard International provides high-quality international medical insurance, ensuring accessible private healthcare for individuals and organisations in Sub-Saharan Africa and India. As part of Cimas Health Group, with over 80 years of experience, we collaborate with a broad network of medical funders, administrators, and providers in the region. We seek an experienced Business Development Officer to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Researching target markets and identifying growth opportunities.
* Developing and implementing weekly and monthly business development plans.
* Prospecting, engaging and building strong relationships with clients.
* Developing new business opportunities through networking and partnerships.
* Preparing and delivering business proposals and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
* Driving member acquisition and retention initiatives to enhance customer loyalty.
* Educating clients and policy holders on Healthguard products, benefits and service offerings.
* Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and business relationships.
* Providing clients with regular updates on new products, services and policy enhancements.
* Preparing and submitting accurate business development, sales, retention and pipeline reports.
* Collaborating with all respective stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

* First degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing Management or equivalent.
* 2-4 years’ sales, marketing or business development experience.
* Proven sales experience.
