The BDO will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, presenting company services, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires someone who can work independently, communicate effectively, and drive revenue growth through strategic selling.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
Conduct client visits, product presentations, and service demonstrations
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Participate in marketing and promotional activities when required
A Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
3–5 years proven experience in sales, preferably with reputable companies
Experience in the security industry is an added advantage
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong presentation and customer service skills
Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Must be target-driven, confident, and self-motivated
Valid driver’s license is a must (must be able to drive manual car)
