The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth for the company’s security services. The role focuses on increasing the company’s client base, maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall business expansion strategy.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Source and secure clients for guarding, CCTV, and alarm services.
Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Represent the company at meetings and promotional events.
Prepare weekly sales and client progress reports.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in sales or business development (security industry an advantage).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
