Job Description

As a Business Development Officer, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of Impala Car Rental and Travel by identifying opportunities, opening new markets and building strong client relationships. Your focus will be on expanding our business reach and ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new clients for Impala Car Rental and Impala Travel.
• Conduct professional product and service presentations to potential and existing clients.
• Reactivate dormant clients and foster strong, lasting relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Perform detailed competitor analysis to understand market trends, pricing and strategies.
• Open new markets and increase geographical coverage to expand business reach.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual set targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in business development or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop actionable strategic insights.
• Results-driven, proactive mind-set with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in the Car Rental or Travel Industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to travel were necessary
• Knowledge of CRM systems advantageous
• Valid driver’s license is a must.
