We are seeking a motivated Business Development Graduate Trainee to support our business growth and expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. The successful candidate will also assist in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify potential partners and clients.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Liaison with current and potential clients.
• Assist in crafting and implementing business strategies.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Conduct market research and analyze data.
• Managing the front desk (reception area).
• Handling mail and packages.
• Record keeping and Maintenance.
• Promoting company products and services.
• Social Media and Online Media Marketing
• Monitor trends, audience engagement and analytics to enhance social media presence.
• Content Creation and Management

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing or any other related discipline
Skills
Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels
Creativity in designing and raising brand awareness
