Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Networking
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities beyond existing pipelines.
o Follow up on leads and convert them into successful projects.
o Drive the company’s networking agenda to build strong partnerships and market
presence.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
o Design and implement customer engagement strategies (progress updates,
invoicing, complaints handling).
o Organize client-focused events (lunches, dinners, networking sessions).
o Lead account relationship managers to manage client portfolios effectively.
Brand Management & Marketing
o Manage company website, social media platforms, and public relations.
o Develop promotional campaigns and customer loyalty programs.
o Ensure brand visibility on all sites (billboards, PPE compliance, branded materials).
Strategic Partnerships & Supplier Relations
o Build relationships with suppliers and partners to strengthen operational
capabilities.
Innovation & Compliance
o Ensure compliance with safety and branding standards across all sites.
o Develop promotional materials and oversee design compliance.
Person Specification
Proven experience in business development, marketing, and brand management.
Strong networking skills with ability to engage stakeholders and partners.
Excellent social media management and digital marketing expertise.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven with strong negotiation skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to represent the brand
confidently.
