About The Role
This role sits at the centre of operations, supporting Fleet, Workshop, Dispatch, Sales, Finance,
and Management through accurate record-keeping and strong coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and organise company records, contracts, and operational documents
• Coordinate communication between Fleet, Workshop, Dispatch, Sales, Finance, and Management
• Assist management with reports, schedules, correspondence, and documentation
• Manage vehicle files, insurance, licensing, and service records
• Support HR administration (staff records, attendance, documentation)
• Assist with invoicing support, quotations, and client paperwork
• Ensure all records are properly filed, traceable, and retrievable
• Support meetings, internal memos, notices, and office controls
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or office role
• Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills
• Strong written and spoken English
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Professional, disciplined, and able to multitask
