Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
Constructing new University buildings.
Inspection and renovation of all University buildings and any other structures.
Checking of stock levels for building materials and making new orders for replacements.
Assessing building materials for maintenance and new jobs and produce bill of quantities
Performing any other duties assigned by Supervisors or the Director of Projects and Maintenance.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
Class 1 builder’s certificate.
2 years field experience in building construction including tiling.
5 ‘O’ Levels including English and Mathematics/ Science.
