Job Description
The Branch Supervisor will oversee branch operations and drive overall efficiency and profitability
Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise and support branch sales activities to achieve the monthly sales targets
• Implement branch marketing activities, promotions, and merchandising standards to maintain a professional branch image.
• Oversee customer service and coordinate deliveries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor expenses, discounts, cash handling, and debtor levels to maintain profitability and enforce financial discipline.
• Supervise stock ordering, transfers, stock counts, and inventory reporting to ensure accurate stock records to minimize losses.
Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent
• 3–5 years’ experience in Branch Supervision, Retail management, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Pastel Accounting is an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of operational and administrative controls.
